Staying overnight in the iconic London, you and your fellow explorers will experience navigating the River Thames and stepping into history. As you dock near Tower Bridge alongside the famous HMS Belfast, a historic ship known around the world, its story will spark your curiosity. There’s plenty of time to explore its many landmarks, like Buckingham Palace, Westminster Bridge, Big Ben and the London Eye. But you can also find hidden gems like the British Library, where you may see a scribbled page of Beatles songwriting or a Leonardo da Vinci notebook. Although proudly Irish today, Waterford still holds a great deal of Viking history found throughout the city, from the 13th-century defensive tower to artifacts like the Kite Brooch. Dive back in time in the charming town of Poole with a trek to the Hartland Moore National Nature Reserve, where the former royal fortress of Corfe Castle sits. In Bantry, the 17th-century manor known as Bantry House exudes a stately essence, and the gardens on its grounds create a stunning, Edenic scene.
